    We had a modern and fashionable room with a safe, a writing desk, and an iron. Liked tasty breakfast and comfy bed. Very central location was a plus.

    Stayed in a fairly quiet and trendy room with a view. A fridge, a cooker and kitchenware were available too. The staff were personable and great, everything was very easy. The hotel location was great to free tram zone. Also, a cathedral church was 1 mile away.

    A rollercoaster of pros and cons

    The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and quiet, a blessing for a light sleeper like me.

    I almost gave this place a good review, but the constant noise from the building site next door was unbearable, not to mention the filthy bathroom fittings. And surprise, no complimentary upgrade for me! Only the regular guests get that, apparently. My expectations were shattered like broken glass, just like their service. Absoluteley disappointing.

    Loved the central location and spacious bathroom in the King suite! The views over Melbourne from the balcony were amazing. Disappointed with the inconsistent air conditioning, though 😅

    It was well priced. The property was absolutely brilliant with very good staff who provided personalised service. The location close to central Melbourne station was marvellous. I enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served cheap food.

    The setting was terrible.

    Business travelers with needs

    The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk to the main station, and the room had a kitchenette that was pretty convenient with my work. The staff were friendly and really helpful, handling requests like my room upgrade quite smoothly.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what I got.

    The location is perfect, easily accessible to all the places I visited, and the staff were excellent. The room was well-kept, the bed was super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Plus, the toiletries smelled amazing!

    Toiletries did not include a toothbrush and toothpaste.
